Our **online rates** are the same as those offered via phone or email. If you find a lower published rate within **24 hours** of booking with us, simply complete the **Best Rate Guarantee Form** online within 24 hours of your reservation.

We will respond to your claim within **72 hours** of submission. If you do not receive a response within this period, please contact us at **This email address is being protected from spambots. To be eligible, claims must be submitted within **24 hours** of booking and at least **48 hours prior** to **midnight local time** (12:01 AM) on the arrival date.

Upon receiving your claim, we will verify it within **two (2) business days**. If the lower rate meets the required conditions, we will match it, provided it is published and available for the same dates, number of guests, and room type.

To proceed with a claim, you must have a **confirmed and paid booking** at Reef Sri Lanka.

In the unlikely event you find a lower publicly available rate on another website, we will not only honor that rate but also **refund the difference** and provide an additional **5% discount**.

Please note that if the competing rate is in a different currency, Reef Sri Lanka may deny the claim if the rate difference is due to **currency exchange rates**. The **Best Rate Guarantee** applies only to rates with conditions similar to those on **www.reefvilla.com**, including prepayment, deposit, cancellation, and flexibility policies. The guarantee does not apply to packaged rates.

Reef Sri Lanka has sole discretion to determine the validity of any claim. We will carefully review all submissions and ensure that the terms are met. In the case of any dispute, **Reef Sri Lanka’s decision is final**.

We reserve the right to **modify or cancel** the guarantee at any time without prior notice.

This guarantee does not apply to:
Websites that sell Reef Sri Lanka as travel packages i.e. multiple night stays, hotel stay and airfare etc.

Unpublished or negotiated rates given to travel agents or tour operators.

The Competing Rate must be bookable on another website.  Advertised or enquiry only rates do not qualify.

Booking fees, extra adult beds and children’s beds will be included in the rate comparison.

This best rate guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.
