Generally we don't.

 However we rely on service providers to provide certain products and services,  such as credit card billing, reservation services, communicating news and  delivering promotional and transactional materials via email and processing  credit card transactions, and in doing so Reef will disclose personal  information to service providers as appropriate.

We use your  personal information to provide the services you request from Reef such as to  make your reservations and other transactions. We also use details to send you  our newsletter, promotions and featured specials.

 Do We  Collect and Retain Sensitive Information?

We do not generally  collect sensitive information such as your racial or ethnic origin, religion or  other beliefs unless it is volunteered by you. We may use health data provided  by you exclusively to serve you better and meet your particular needs.

 Do We Have Any Links to Third-Party Websites?

We don't have  any except by necessity the credit card billing system.

Do  You Have to Join our Marketing List?

Of course not.  However,  If you have given us your contact information (postal address, fax number,  email address or phone number), we may want to send you our newsletter, or  inform you about our services or special offers.
