Reef Villa & Spa, Sri Lanka, has just launched its new fully customized mobile App.

Reef's App now offers a mobile pocket concierge to assist guests not only when they are at Reef but also when they are out on excursions. Guests can view facilities, make table reservations, book a spa treatment, or even book yoga or accommodation

With the App, guests can book a range of services and can also check in, order Champagne or their favourite Martini, cocktails, breakfast in bed, book a yoga lesson, book an airport transfer, request a boarding pass to be printed off or even book a Buddhist blessing.

And for guests who have arrived and found they have forgotten some essential they may order such items as suntan location, mosquito cream, a toothbrush or an hairbrush.

The Reef Villa App offers immediate access to information to include for:

  • Summer Breeze restaurant menus;
  • Spa menus;
  • Excursion menu;
  • Step by step directions from the airport, Galle or Kandy;
  • A facility to check in;
  • Information on activities at Reef;
  • Information on offers and packages at Reef;
  • Information on services at Reef;
  • Special offers;
  • A booking engine;
  • Chat or email to Reef for guests at anytime from anywhere;
  • A plan of the 3 acres of Reef Villa & Spa so guests can easily find their way around.

We developed the App because we are also aware of the fact that when travelling guests want continuation of the technology that they enjoy at home and accordingly we can now offer such an enhanced service’.
