Reef Sri Lanka guarantees that www.reefvilla.com offers the best room rate; you will always get the best available rate when you book on our site.
In fact, our online rates are the same as the rates available by phone or by email.
If you do find a lower published rate within 24 hours of booking your stay with us, complete the Best Rate Guarantee Form on line within 24 hours of making your reservation at www.reefvilla.com.
We will respond back to you within 72 hours on the status of your claim.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the booking and at least 48 hours prior to midnight (12.01am) local time of the arrival date to be eligible.
We will check and verify your claim within two (2) business days and will match any lower available room rate, provided that it is published and offered for the same dates, number of guests and type of room.
Claimants must have a confirmed and paid for booking at Reef in order to proceed with a claim.
In the unlikely event that you do find a publicly available room rate on another website (on a similar basis booked) we will honor that lower rate and refund the difference and also give you a further 5% discount.
In the event that the competing rate is in a different currency, Reef Sri Lanka will deny a claim where the Competing Rate appears lower if it deems that the difference between the rates is due to different currency exchange rates used by the two rate providers. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to a competing rate with rate limitations that are substantially similar to those of the rate that can be booked on www.reefvilla.com. Such limitations include prepayment, deposit requirements as well as cancellation and flexibility policies. The BRG does not apply to packaged rates.
Reef Sri Lanka has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim.
Reef Sri Lanka will genuinely evaluate any claim sent and will evaluate all the terms and are met. In any case of dispute, Reef Sri Lanka's decision is final.
Reef Sri Lanka reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
This guarantee does not apply to:
Websites that sell Reef Sri Lanka as travel packages i.e. multiple night stays, hotel stay and airfare etc.
Unpublished or negotiated rates given to travel agents or tour operators.
The Competing Rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised or enquiry only rates do not qualify.
Booking fees, extra adult beds and children’s beds will be included in the rate comparison.
This best rate guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.
